The hotel provided us with a very comfortable and quiet stay, perfect for our family. The rooms, although not large, met our needs well. The service was excellent, and overall, we enjoyed our experience. The location was fantastic with secure parking available, surrounded by great eateries. The dining experience overlooking the sea was delightful. The staff were pleasant, professional, and obliging, despite some uncomfortable sleeps. However, some maintenance is needed in certain areas.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a well-fitted kitchen and laundry facilities, although the view is obstructed by a nearby cement wall. The service was comfortable and accommodating, with only minor repairs needed in the room.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were a good size, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the water and Magnetic Island. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The location was fantastic, right on the Strand close to restaurants and shops, but the noisy doors were a bit bothersome. The dining experience overlooking the sea was delightful, and the facilities were well-kept.
